Assembly Line ProcessThis is a dynamic process, similar to an assembly line, in which each person is responsible for a specific step:Unloading/Feeding – Empty boxes and place books on the table to feed into the machine. This person needs to stay ahead and keep the product flowing at all times.Line Organizer – Arrange books on the conveyor to maintain a consistent flow into the machine. This role controls the pace of production.Quality Check – Receive books after labeling and verify labels are applied correctly. Attention to detail is critical.Packing/Palletizing – Repack, seal, and palletize finished product.Key requirements:Comfortable standing for full shift (8 hours)Able to lift up to 40 lbsWorks well in a team and a fast-paced environmentGood attention to detail (especially for the QA role)Reliable and consistent attendance
